Kaydan Wealth Management Continues To Warm Its Neighbors In Need
Fenton, MI – On Monday, January 3, 2023, Kaydan Wealth Management tallied up 171 coats and over $700 for yet another successful coat drive. The coats were donated to Carriage Town Ministries in downtown Flint, MI as the result of the Kaydan Cares 2022 Annual One Warm Coat Drive. Monetary donations collected on the Kaydan Cares One Warm Coat website support One Warm Coat’s overall mission to help warm children, families, veterans, seniors, and the homeless all across North America.
“These coats are such a blessing and we just can’t thank you enough for your donation each year,” shared Matt Dieterle, Donation Supervisor at Carriage Town Ministries.
Carriage Town Ministries has been serving the needy since 1950. Dieterle shared that Carriage Town’s Donation Center spreads the wealth by distributing some of the donations they receive to other local organizations that also serve those under the poverty level. “It’s heartwarming to learn that our impact is greater than we initially realized.” Said Danielle Howard, Director of Marketing and Communications at Kaydan Wealth Management.
“We love tallying up the coats and stuffing as many as we can into my car for delivery. We got all 171 stuffed in one trip this year – maybe Equinox can use that in a future ad? Ha! We’ve been doing this for nine years now so we tease that everyone’s closets must be cleaned out – but we continue to be pleasantly surprised by the generosity year after year. We’re also glad to be offering the donation boxes again during business hours where we get an opportunity to say thank you to those who stop in to drop off their coats.” Howard added.
One Warm Coat has been a wonderful partner over the years making it easy to promote the Kaydan Cares Coat Drive. Not only does One Warm Coat blend nicely into Kaydan’s mission statement, allowing us to make a greater impact locally and nationally, but it also allows our clients, friends, and family who aren’t local to participate.
This is Kaydan Wealth Management’s 9th Annual One Warm Coat Drive. Over the years, the Kaydan Cares Coat Drive has collected/donated 1,585 coats and over $13,000.
